Equipment Introduction:
PLA biodegradable lunch box production line disposable corn starch biodegradable lunch box vacuum forming machine
Polylactic acid(PLA is a new type of biodegradable material made from starch raw materials derived from renewable plant resources such as corn. Corn starch raw materials are fermented to produce lactic acid, which is then converted into polylactic acid through chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability and can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, generating carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment
The PLA biodegradable lunch box production line uses PLA biodegradable plastic particles as raw materials. After being plasticized by single screw extrusion, it is molded directly on a multifunctional four station vacuum forming machine through a T-shaped mold. The finished lunch box is naturally cooled and shaped before entering a fully automatic servo punching machine. After punching, the finished product can be packaged and shipped.
Production Process: Material Drying - Screw Extrusion - Sheet Extrusion - Forming Blister - Conveyor Cooling - Servo Punching - Finished Product Packaging
